The challenge includes a number of startups focused on environmental conservation and sustainable land management for development within the following categories:

Best initiative in combating desertification and land restoration.
Best initiative in cloud seeding and drought prevention.
Best initiative in agricultural land management and improving farming.

This includes, but is not limited to:

An innovative agricultural application or technology idea.
A community initiative to combat desertification.
An educational initiative to raise awareness about desertification and land management.
A project focused on supporting and empowering women in agriculture.
An initiative for recycling agricultural waste.
A project for recycling and reusing wastewater in agriculture.
